Duties
- Being able to explain one on one assisted stretching, answer questions and grow the client base.
- Lead and motivate sales associates to achieve individual and team sales goals through effective coaching and training in retail sales, merchandising, and customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations including cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) transactions, inventory control, and store cleanliness to ensure smooth functioning.
- Supervise shift management activities such as scheduling, staffing, and task delegation to maximize productivity.
- Conduct regular inventory management tasks including stock replenishment, purchasing, pricing adjustments, and inventory audits to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism using excellent phone etiquette and communication skills while resolving issues promptly.
- Basic understanding of health and able to answer any StretchLab related questions.
- Support marketing initiatives and promotional displays to boost sales and enhance store visibility.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping, payroll records, and assist with budgeting efforts to ensure financial health of the store.
Skills
- Strong leadership abilities with previous assistant manager or supervisory experience in retail sales environments.
- Strong communication skills, communicating effectively with Area Manager.
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with effective communication skills for engaging customers and motivating staff.
- Proven expertise in recruiting, training & development, employee orientation, and performance management.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise teams effectively while maintaining high standards of customer service and store presentation.
