Fitness Professionals include, Personal Trainers, people who have a Kinesiology or Exercise science degree, Athletic Trainers, Yoga Instructors, Physical Therapy Aids and Massage Therapists.

StretchLab is the industry leader in offering one-on-one assisted stretching. With Co-Founders coming from the Personal Training industry, StretchLab has created a variety of offerings to empower clients to ‘Live Long’. StretchLab has gathered a team of experts already certified in an array of related fields including physical therapy, chiropractic medicine, yoga, Pilates and more. StretchLab prides itself on having the finest team of stretching professionals. StretchLab’s proprietary Flexologist Training Program (FTP) ensures that our client’s receive a world class stretching session.

Our Flexologists will provide hands-on, one-on-one assisted stretches for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions, develop individual stretching plans for their clients and periodization models.
• Encourage and motivate clients throughout their health and wellness journey via their stretch sessions.
• Build and retain StretchLab membership by investing in new members and our existing customer base.
• Ensure safety of clients regarding proper stretch techniques.
• Enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules.
• Attend meetings, including staff meetings, continued education sessions, and educational presentations.
• Handle member concerns when applicable.
• Assist Sales Associates and General Manager with studio tour, offsite events, and sales as needed.
• Clean and maintain all equipment in order to ensure it is available for client use at any given time.

Qualifications:

• Love of boutique fitness environments is a must.
• A passion for stretching, flexibility and mobility.
• Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people.
• Fantastic communication skills and exudes empathy.
• Love connecting with people and have passion for helping them achieve their goals.
• Professional work ethic, be reliable and adhere to our attendance policies.

Requirements:

• Required background: Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Athletic Trainer, Personal Trainer or Sports Coach, Licensed Physical Therapist (or PT aid), Certified Pilates, Yoga or Dance Instructor or someone with a Kinesiology or Exercise Science degree.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a fitness/health environment where you have provided hands-on training with clients.
• Availability to go through our Flexologist Training Program, which includes 20 hours of online tutorials, 2 days of in-person/hands-on training and 20 hours of practice of what you have learned.

Job Type: Full-time (30-35 hours a week) or Part Time (20-25 hours a week)

Salary: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
