What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Ambassador/Membership Sales position at StretchLab?
StretchLab is looking for an energetic, friendly, and sales-focused Client Ambassador to join our team.
This position is the first point of contact for our clients and prospective members. The ideal candidate enjoys meeting new people, creating a welcoming environment, and helping clients understand how StretchLab can improve their mobility, flexibility, and overall wellness.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and provide a warm, professional front-desk experience
- Answer phone calls, texts, and emails
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Introduce prospective clients to StretchLab’s services
- Follow up with leads and encourage them to schedule an introductory stretch
- Present membership options and help new clients select the right program
- Support membership sales and studio goals
- Process payments and maintain accurate client information
- Keep the front desk and reception area organized and inviting
- Assist with local marketing, community events, and member outreach
- Build strong relationships with current and prospective members
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with new people
- Strong customer-service and communication skills
- Confident discussing services and asking for the sale
- Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable using computers, scheduling systems, email, and text messaging
- Previous front-desk, customer-service, fitness, wellness, or sales experience is helpful
- Positive attitude and genuine interest in health and wellness
Position Details
- Part-time position
- Some evening and weekend availability may be required
- Hourly pay plus opportunities to earn sales incentives
