Position Overview
The Studio Coordinator is the heartbeat of the studio — greeting every guest with warmth, driving membership sales, maintaining a clean and organized space, and ensuring each client leaves feeling seen and supported.
You’ll play a key role in sales, customer service, and studio operations, helping both new and returning members get the most out of their StretchLab experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive membership sales through outreach, lead follow-up, and guest conversion
- Greet and check in clients with an upbeat, professional attitude
- Book and confirm intro sessions, ensuring a great first impression
- Present membership options, packages, and promotions confidently
- Support retention by building relationships and celebrating member progress
- Maintain studio cleanliness (front desk, bathrooms, floors, laundry, and supplies)
- Open and close the studio following operational checklists
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive, high-energy environment
- Support local marketing and community events as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
