StretchLab San Antonio is hiring experienced Personal Trainers and Athletic Trainers who want to specialize in mobility, recovery, and results-driven coaching.
This is not a typical training role. You’ll work within a structured program model delivering one-on-one assisted stretching using proven PNF techniques—helping clients improve how they move, feel, and perform.

What You’ll Do
Deliver 1-on-1 assisted stretch sessions using PNF techniques
Lead small group stretch classes (up to 6 clients)
Educate and motivate clients throughout each session
Support client progress through a structured mobility program
Ensure proper technique, safety, and adherence to standards
Assist with studio tours, events, and client engagement
Help drive membership growth and retention through results
Maintain a strong professional and social media presence
Keep studio clean, organized, and client-ready
Qualifications
Certified Personal Trainer, Athletic Trainer, or similar background required(Massage Therapy, PT/PTA, Strength Coach also considered)
2 years of hands-on coaching experience
Strong understanding of movement, mobility, and body mechanics
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Positive, team-first mindset with strong accountability
Reliable and professional with consistent attendance
Training Provided
All hires complete our Flexologist Training Program:
20 hours online education
2 days hands-on training
20 hours of supervised practice
You’ll be fully prepared to deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience.
