What are the responsibilities and job description for the Studio Sales Manager position at StretchLab Riverton?
StretchLab is the nation’s leading one-on-one assisted stretching brand, built on a simple but powerful idea: that the right stretch, done right, changes everything. From reducing chronic pain and improving mobility to boosting athletic performance and helping people move through life with more freedom and less limitation — StretchLab delivers real, lasting results. Our proprietary Flexologist™ training program sets the standard for stretching excellence, and our studios are where science meets recovery. We’re looking for a high-energy Studio Sales Manager to lead sales across our studio.
The Role
This is not a desk job. This is a role for someone who thrives in front of people, loves the thrill of building something, and knows how to turn a conversation into a committed member. You’ll oversee sales and day-to-day operations across two studios, while spending a significant portion of your time out in the community — running pop-up events, building local partnerships, and putting StretchLab in front of people who don’t even know they need us yet.
If you’re energized by hitting goals, leading a team, and making a real impact in people’s lives — this is your role.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute grassroots marketing events, pop-ups, and community partnerships on a consistent, ongoing basis across both the Gilbert and Chandler markets
- Convert event leads into studio visits and new memberships
- Own studio revenue across both locations — membership sales, retail, and all revenue streams
- Coach and manage Sales Representatives and Flexologists
- Implement and oversee the full sales process from lead to close
- Manage staff scheduling and daily studio operations across both studios
- Monitor performance using ClubReady (revenue, attendance, membership reports)
- Maintain a clean, organized, brand-consistent studio environment at each location
- Coordinate inventory and retail stocking with the Operations Manager
- Partner with studio Owner and Regional Manager on goals and growth strategy
You’re a Great Fit If You Have:
- 2 years managing a team in fitness, wellness, retail, or hospitality
- A proven sales track record — you know how to close
- Experience running or participating in community/grassroots marketing events
- Energy and confidence to represent the brand in public-facing settings
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- ClubReady or similar studio software experience (preferred)
- A genuine passion for health, wellness, and people
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary (based on experience)
- Sales commission
- Performance bonuses
- Growth opportunity across a multi-state franchise group
