RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Answer phone calls and inquiries promptly with excellent phone etiquette
- Provide information about services, facilities, and memberships
- Assist with night audit procedures as needed
- Address guest concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate department
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other Stretchlab staff to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management team
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
