We’re looking for an energetic, ambitious Sales Manager who’s ready to take ownership of studio growth, inspire a team, and create experiences that turn first-time guests into lifelong members. What You’ll OwnDrive Sales and Studio Growth
- Manage and grow the studio’s sales pipeline—make 50 outbound calls daily, convert inbound leads, and turn curious guests into committed members.
- Build authentic relationships by listening first, understanding needs, and connecting each client’s goals to the StretchLab experience.
- Consistently hit (and celebrate exceeding) sales goals with pride, strategy, and a winning attitude.
Lead the Studio Energy
- Set the tone for service excellence by leading from the front—energizing the front desk team, motivating Flexologists, and ensuring every visitor feels welcomed and valued.
- Handle common sales objections with empathy and skill, always bringing the conversation back to the value of movement, health, and community.
- Partner with the studio owner to drive marketing initiatives, pop-ups, community outreach, and special events that bring the StretchLab vibe outside our four walls.
Ensure Operational Excellence
- Maintain a polished, client-ready environment at all times—from CRM follow-ups to sparkling towels and well-stocked shelves.
- Monitor and optimize lead management, reporting, and studio metrics to keep the business thriving.
What Makes You a Perfect Fit
- You have at least 1 year of proven success in sales, preferably in fitness, wellness, or a service-driven environment.
- You’re goal-driven, self-motivated, and thrive on hitting and exceeding targets.
- You’re a natural connector—someone who builds trust easily and keeps conversations genuine and client-centered.
- You’re comfortable leading a small team, coaching them to success while staying hands-on yourself.
- You’re highly organized when it comes to tracking leads, follow-ups, and studio performance.
- You’re passionate about health, fitness, and helping people improve their lives through movement.
- You’re available for a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
