Personal Trainer Pay, Bonuses & Perks

· Base class pay of $34 per class for up to 50% utilization
· Additional $1 bonus per member above 50% utilization
· 3% commission on retail sales

What You'll Do as a Group Fitness Trainer
As a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor, you'll lead dynamic group fitness classes that motivate members while delivering a safe, effective, and high-energy workout experience. You'll coach members through Stretchlab programming, operate studio technology, and use ClubReady software to support client engagement and identify membership opportunities.
You'll also help maintain a clean, organized studio environment, enforce brand standards, and create positive member interactions before, during, and after class. This role includes participation in community events, promotions, and networking opportunities to help grow the Stretchlab community.
Successful Personal Trainers at Stretchlab are energetic leaders who can motivate a room, build lasting client relationships, and create a memorable fitness experience that keeps members coming back.
What We're Looking For in a Personal Trainer
· Current CPR/AED certification
· Fitness certification from a Rumble-approved vendor
· NASM, ACE, or AFAA certification preferred
· Strong communication and motivational coaching skills
· Excellent customer service abilities
· Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules
· Understanding of fitness programming and brand standards
· 2 years of group fitness instruction experience or 60 classes taught preferred
