Stretch Therapist / Flexologist

About the Role

As a Flexologist at StretchLab Hollywood , you’ll deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions that genuinely improve how people feel and move — often in a single visit. This isn’t a generic gym job: you work hands-on, build real relationships, and see visible progress in flexibility, mobility, and pain reduction.

If you love anatomy, movement, and helping people get out of pain or move better — this is one of the few roles where you can use that skill daily, get paid for it, and actually see the impact immediately.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver safe, customized one-on-one assisted stretch sessions.
• Encourage and motivate clients throughout sessions.
• Build strong relationships to support membership retention and recurring bookings.
• Update client notes accurately after each session.
• Enforce proper technique and safety standards.
• Educate clients on benefits, stretching principles, and progress.
• Assist with studio tours and explain membership options when needed.
• Keep equipment and the studio clean and ready.
• Support sales and operations when required (e.g., membership drives, lead follow-up).

✔ Able to work evenings/weekends to match client demand.

Preferred Experience

• Background in Personal Training, Yoga/Pilates, Massage Therapy, Physical Therapy, Athletic Training, or similar.
• Fitness/wellness certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, AFAA), or related degree.
• Prior client care experience.
