💰 Base: $52,000–$55,000 strong monthly bonus opportunity

🔹 What You’ll Own

Lead the Studio Business

• Drive membership sales and retention
• Manage daily operations and staffing
• Execute local marketing and outreach

Build a Strong Team

• Coach Sales Associates and Flexologists
• Set expectations and track performance
• Develop future leaders

Run the Numbers

• Monitor KPIs and revenue goals
• Identify issues early and act quickly
• Keep the studio on track week-to-week
