Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Flexologist to join our teams at our Venice and Santa Monica locations. This is a part-time, on-site role based in Santa Monica, CA. Responsibilities include delivering one-on-one assisted stretch sessions, guiding group stretch workouts, and educating clients on the benefits of flexibility and mobility. The Flexologist will assess clients’ needs, demonstrate stretching techniques, provide tailored recommendations, and maintain a clean and professional studio environment.
Qualifications
- Background in bodywork fields such as physical therapy, chiropractic work, yoga, Pilates, personal training, or related disciplines
- Ability to assess individual client needs and implement personalized stretching plans
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage clients and foster a positive atmosphere
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping people improve their well-being
- Previous fitness or wellness experience is preferred but not required
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Certification in fitness, kinesiology, or related fields is a plus
- CPR/AED certification is preferred
Salary : $17 - $30
