Area Sales Manager - Inland Empire

StretchLab is the leader in one‑on‑one assisted stretching with 500 studios nationwide. We’re looking for a high‑impact Area Sales Manager to elevate sales performance across 4 (and growing) Inland Empire studios and develop strong, accountable sales teams.

WHAT YOU'LL LEAD:

• Own multi‑studio sales performance and drive consistent membership growth
• Coach teams to close at a high level — Sales Reps, Flexologists, and Studio Managers
• Build strong lead pipelines through partnerships, outreach, and grassroots marketing
• Ensure CRM excellence in ClubReady with fast follow‑up and accurate tracking
• Analyze KPIs and implement action plans that move results quickly
• Strengthen retention, member experience, and brand standards across all studios

WHAT YOU BRING:

• 2 years fitness or membership sales experience
• Proven closer with strong coaching ability
• Multi‑location or team‑leadership experience
• Organized, energetic, and data‑driven
• CRM experience (ClubReady a plus)

COMPENSATION:

• $25–$30/hr depending on experience
• Uncapped commission for membership, package, and teacher training sales
• Performance bonuses up to $2,500/month for strong sales results
• Compensation is structured to account for multi‑studio travel; no mileage reimbursement provided
