Role Description
StretchLab Cypress is seeking a part-time, on-site Flexologist to join our team. In this role, you will perform one-on-one assisted stretching sessions, assess clients' flexibility and mobility needs, and educate them on the benefits of consistent stretching. You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate client records, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and contributing to a clean and professional studio environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct safe and effective one-on-one assisted stretch sessions
Assess client flexibility, mobility, and range of motion
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client notes
Provide education on the benefits of assisted stretching
Support clients with scheduling and session planning
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio space
Collaborate with team members to promote a positive and motivating atmosphere
Qualifications
Background in human anatomy, kinesiology, exercise science, or a related field
Experience in personal training, physical therapy, massage therapy, or fitness instruction
Strong ability to explain and demonstrate stretches and mobility exercises
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
Certified in personal training, physical therapy, massage therapy, or a similar field
CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
