Essential Duties And Responsibilities
A Studio Manager’s pays consist of hourly as well as commission.
Hourly Pay
Monthly Performance Bonus (Based on achieving Sales Plan)
| Sales plan achieved | 30K | 40K | 50K
| Bonus pay out | 1% | 2% | 3%
Pay periods are 1st through the 15th paid on the 25th and 16th through the end of the month paid on the 10th of the following month. Bonuses will be paid on the 10th of each month.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed the studio’s revenue.
- Implement and support company sales initiatives to generate new sales
- Monitor daily sales activities
- Monitor daily KPI’s and Sales Activities working knowledge of standard operating procedures and policies as outlined in the Operations Manual.
- Ensure implementation of standard policies and procedures for business and financial management.
- Successfully resolve any and all customer service challenges.
- Maximize member retention through developing professional relationships with our members.
- Complete all Daily/ weekly/ monthly tasks required.
- Must maintain a 50% close rate or better.
- Energetic, forward-thinking, creative individual with high ethical standards and appropriate professional image.
- Sales skills and fast and competitive membership atmosphere.
- Well-organized and self-directed team player.
- Goal and detail-oriented individual.
- Strategic contributor in both short and long range strategic planning.

- Your hourly compensation is $18.00 per hour.
- You will earn 8% commission on all upfront sales made personally, minus 8% for any returns or refunds.
