- Your day starts by opening the studio and ensuring everything is clean, organized, and ready to welcome members.
- As members arrive, you greet them by name, check them in, and make sure each person feels comfortable and cared for.
- Throughout the day, you lead by example—coaching up to five Sales Associates, checking the schedule, answering phones, booking Stretch Assessments and following up on missed appointments and missed sales.
- You lead the team in meeting membership sales goals by demonstrating how to communicate the value of practitioner-assisted stretching.
- Between appointments, you're tracking performance metrics, reviewing KPIs, and ensuring the studio is hitting daily and monthly goals. If a member has a question or concern, you're there to resolve it with professionalism and a personal touch.
- Every day, you're building a culture of excellence, accountability, and service.
- Paid experience managing 1–2 team members.
- Retail sales experience (cash handling, KPIs, P&L familiarity).
- A genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed.
