What You'll Do:

• Educate members on the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching while meeting performance and sales targets
• Create a welcoming experience by scheduling sessions, answering phones, and assisting with questions or concerns
• Strengthen long-term member relationships through consistent follow-ups and thoughtful engagement
• Manage a team of sales associates and practioners to goals, development , and operational excellence

• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles
• Managerial experience in retail or health and wellness
