- Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays 8:30a-2:30p
- Monday-Sunday 6p-8p
- Meal Prep –yes, assist with meal prep
- Bathing- yes, but she will resist but need to make sure it is done
- Dressing –needs assistance
- Toileting –assist with toileting, wears depends
- Light Housekeeping – clean up after eating, showering, toileting
- Medication reminders – yes
- Laundry – yes
- Transportation – no
- Ambulation – needs assistance, has a walker and a wheelchair
