We are looking for a driven and hardworking individual with a background in health and fitness, along with a penchant for management and sales to join our team. Stretch Zone is the pioneer in practitioner assisted stretching. Our locations span across the country and we continue to grow everyday. We are seeking out an individual versed in sales with a health and wellness background. Compensation consists of a base salary along with generous commissions and bonuses. If selected, the applicant must be able to complete intensive training where they will learn our modalities as well as how to manage a location.
Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Previous management experience required (wellness industry preferred).
Energetic, forward thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image.
Health and wellness background a must.
Well organized and self-directed team player.
Good educator who is trustworthy and willing to share information and serve as a mentor. Leadership and culture are paramount.
Detail oriented individual who is committed to developing people.
Strategic contributor in long and short range strategic planning.
Effective listening skills necessary to elicit options and ideas in support of client and team relationships. Compensation: $45, $70,000.00 per year
Most stretching methodologies try to wait out, overpower, trick, or ignore the stretch reflex. The proven way to increase performance and mobility is to work with the stretch reflex with the revolutionary techniques available through the Stretch Zone Methodology (SZM). The SZM Practitioner identifies any postural and movement limitations, then tries to correct or mitigate them through specific applied stretching sessions. With a balanced system the customer will reach their true maximum potential, whether they are an professional athlete, weekend warrior, couch potato, or suffering from chronic pain or illness.
A career with Stretch Zone means not just meeting and maintaining a level of excellence, but continually improving in skill, to further one's expertise and to advance the industry. As a minimum prerequisite to SZM we recommend a personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF and/or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work.
