Looking for DYNAMIC individuals in the Health, Wellness, Fitness Professions, Exercise Science and Athletic Training Majors or related field with college level anatomy and physiology course work who want to be on the forefront of a movement that is sweeping the nation. If selected all trainees must pass two weeks of training where they will learn and test out on our modalities.

Compensation / Perks:
- $40,000 to $65,000 Annually
- Commission and bonus opportunities

- Monday to Friday
- Rotating weekends
- Weekends as needed
- AA or BS in Exercise Science or Athletic Training or a Related Field with Anatomy & Physiology coursework
- Fitness industry experience
- Sales experience or willing to learn sales
- Energetic, forward thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image.
- Well organized and self-directed team player
- Good educator who is trustworthy and willing to share information
- Detail oriented individual
- Strategic contributor in long and short range strategic planning
- Effective listening skills necessary to elicit options and ideas in support of team relationship
The ideal candidate will be primarily be responsible for driving studio sales/memberships, and studio operations.
Responsibilities:
- Drive Studio Revenue through Membership Sales
- Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and Networking
- Proficiency in Club Ready, to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, Google Applications, Social Media, EMAIL
- Lead and work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public
- 1 years of PROVEN SUCCESS in sales REQUIRED, preferably membership sales within the fitness industry
- Availability for 2 weeks out of town job training
- Effective listening skills necessary to elicit options and ideas in support of team relationship
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with studio owner
- Ability to manage and drive all revenue from membership sales
- Excellent communication and strong writing and interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone, and via email
- Ability to excel in a fast-changing, diverse environment
- Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment
- Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Professional, punctual, reliable and neat
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information
