What You’ll Do
As the Front Desk Associate, you are the first impression and heartbeat of the studio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all clients and prospects
- Manage scheduling and ensure sessions run on time
- Handle inbound calls, texts, and inquiries
- Support membership renewals and assist in bringing in new clients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio
- Collaborate with practitioners and management to deliver an exceptional client experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in fitness, wellness, or health-related fields (preferred)
- Sales confidence is a plus
- Front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience
- Fitness, health, or wellness industry exposure (a bonus, not required)
