What You’ll Do:
- Drive membership sales inside and outside of the studio.
- Engage with potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our practitioner-assisted stretching services.
- Call leads to book their initial appointments.
- Build strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and recommending tailored stretching memberships.
- Drive studio revenue by meeting and exceeding sales goals through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and in-studio consultations.
- Collaborate with our team of stretch practitioners to ensure exceptional client experiences.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-ups in our CRM system.
- Call leads to schedule first-time appointments.
- Perform lead generation activities, including attending off-site events and engaging with the community.
- Provide excellent customer service by warmly greeting everyone who comes through the door, answering the phones, providing scheduling assistance, and addressing any member concerns.
- Own member retention by following the daily operation guides, delivering prompt and professional client relations, and consistently following up with current members and prospective clients.
- Promote the value behind practitioner-assisted stretching by hitting all sales goals, encouraging the purchase of extra stretch sessions, and actively developing your sales skills.
- Protect the culture of Stretch Zone by building a positive and professional relationship with all members and colleagues.
- A natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- B2C sales experience (not retail) and a passion for helping others and a self-motivated attitude are essential.
- A strong closing history with a proven ability to hit or exceed targets.
- Interest in wellness, fitness, or health-related fields is a plus.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using CRM tools to manage leads.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
