This is a unique ground-floor opportunity to build something from scratch—starting as the GM of our first location in Dent, OH, and growing into a Regional Manager overseeing 3-5 locations within 24-36 months.

Position Overview
Role Progression:
- Months 1-12: General Manager of flagship Dent, OH location—launch operations, build team culture, establish systems, and drive membership growth
- Months 12-24: Oversee opening of location(s) 2-3—replicate success, hire and train new teams, refine operational processes
- Months 24-36: Transition to the Regional Manager role overseeing 3-5 locations across the Cincinnati area
Key Responsibilities
Startup & Launch Phase (First Location):
- Lead all aspects of studio opening including equipment setup, vendor coordination, and operational readiness
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of Stretch Practitioners and front desk staff
- Establish and implement operational systems, procedures, and best practices
- Build local brand awareness through community engagement, partnerships, and marketing initiatives
- Drive membership sales and new client acquisition through consultative selling and exceptional service
- Create a welcoming, results-driven studio culture that prioritizes client outcomes
Operational Excellence:
- Manage day-to-day studio operations, including scheduling, inventory, facility maintenance, and client experience
- Monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs), including membership growth, retention rates, revenue targets, and client satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with Stretch Zone brand standards, protocols, and franchisee requirements
- Manage P&L responsibilities including budgeting, expense control, and revenue optimization
- Implement and maintain quality control measures for service delivery
Growth & Expansion:
- Develop and execute growth strategies for subsequent location openings
- Document and systematize successful processes for replication across multiple studios
- Recruit and train General Managers for new locations
- Establish regional training programs and operational standards
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance management for location managers
- Coordinate multi-location scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation
- Drive regional marketing and community engagement initiatives
Team Leadership:
- Foster a positive, high-energy work environment that motivates and retains top talent
- Conduct regular team meetings, one-on-ones, and performance reviews
- Develop career paths and growth opportunities for team members
- Lead by example in client service, sales performance, and operational excellence
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum 3-5 years of management experience in fitness, wellness, retail, hospitality, or service-based industries
- Proven track record of successfully opening new locations or managing startup operations
- Strong P&L management and financial acumen
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams
- Experience driving sales and membership growth in a competitive market
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between locations
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their goals
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Prior experience with Stretch Zone, StretchLab, or similar practitioner-assisted stretching concepts
- Multi-unit management or area management experience
- Experience in franchise operations
- Knowledge of the greater Cincinnati market
- Certifications in fitness, personal training, or related wellness fields

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $62,000 - $75,000 annually (based on experience)
