Plant Manager

Build Something That Lasts

For more than 70 years, StressCrete Group has been helping build the infrastructure that shapes communities across North America. As a family-owned manufacturing company, we are an industry leader in spun concrete poles, metal poles, and decorative outdoor LED lighting products used to support safer, more connected, and more livable cities.

Unlike many manufacturers, we think long-term. We invest in our people, our facilities, and our future. Decisions are made quickly, leaders are empowered to act, and strong performers have opportunities to grow.

We are looking for an exceptional Plant Manager to help lead our Northport, Alabama concrete pole manufacturing operation and play a key role in the next chapter of our growth.
