Your Career
We currently have an opening in our Northport, Alabama office for a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic to join our inside sales team in the role of Customer Experience Coordinator.
As our ideal candidate you are a self-starter, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering the highest level of customer service and professionalism at all times. This role acts as a liaison between outside sales and production, facilitating a smooth transfer of information to ensure the needs of our customers are met. Excellent communication and time management skills are a must.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to work with the local operations and within the larger customer experience team to improve processes and to grow within the company.
Your Impact
The Customer Experience Coordinator is responsible for:
- Processing new sales orders accurately and within a timely manner
- Data entry of sales information into our ERP system
- Coordinating and working seamlessly with our engineering and outside sales departments to ensure all required drawings and order information is complete and accurate
- Assisting with information requests requiring research within our internal database
- Compiling final order packages for release to the production team
- Responding to all customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Supporting various departmental initiatives and projects
Your Experience
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience required
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to a high degree of accuracy
- Highly approachable individual with strong administrative skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with others in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with MS Office Suite of products
