- Diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive systems
- Collaborate with a skilled, supportive team
- Interact with customers to deliver transparent, high-quality service
- Work in a shop built around respect, communication, and continuous improvement
Pay/Years Of Experience Breakdown
- A Level: 7-10 years of experience
- Up to $70 an hour
- B Level: 2-7 years of experience
- Up to $48 an hour
- Tire Tech/C Level: 6 months-2 years of experience
- Up to $32 an hour
- Occasionally lift and/or move over 50 pounds
- Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
- Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair
- Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand-tools
- Walk/stand for the majority of the workday
- Drive manual transmission vehicles
- Keeping a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment
- Efficiently navigate a computer
