We are currently seeking a full-time or part-time LCSW/LPC/LSW/LAC to join our multi-disciplinary team.
Qualifications and Skills
- NJ Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license or Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) license
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of the clinical team as well as the overall organizational team
- Proficiency with EMRs, as well as solid computer and basic technology skills, are needed.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create, and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy.
- Provide individual, family, and couples counseling.
- Provide high-quality, compassionate, and ethical outpatient mental health therapy to clients as scheduled.
- Provide services and conduct yourself in a manner consistent with the professional Code of Ethics.
- Complete timely and accurate documentation including treatment plans, initial assessments, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
- Complete clinical documentation within same day of service (progress notes to be completed after each session, initial assessment and treatment plan completed within 24 hours of date of service).

Salary : $60,000 - $90,000
