- Maintains the cleanliness of assigned buildings and areas.
- Promptly responds to maintenance issues and emergencies at assigned buildings and areas.
- Assists in the setup and tear down of building activities and events.
- Completes minor maintenance repairs.
- Reports any maintenance issues or major repairs to the maintenance supervisor.
- Adequately performs all assigned duties and tasks.
- Assists with the unloading and inventory check of deliveries.
- Oversees inventory of custodial equipment and reports any needs to the maintenance supervisor.
- Participates in health and safety trainings.
- Complies with all District policies and procedures.
