We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated AWS Cloud Sales Executive / Client Partner to lead strategic growth initiatives and drive cloud adoption across enterprise clients. This role is responsible for identifying opportunities, developing client relationships, and selling AWS-based cloud solutions—including infrastructure modernization, application migration, DevOps, data platforms, and emerging AI/ML services.
You will collaborate with internal solution architects, AWS partner teams, and delivery leaders to position high-impact solutions tailored to client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales lifecycle for AWS-focused cloud transformation engagements across assigned accounts or territory
- Drive pipeline development and revenue growth across cloud infrastructure (IaaS), platform services (PaaS), containerization, serverless, and AI/ML workloads
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with senior technology and business stakeholders at the CxO and VP levels
- Partner with internal delivery, engineering, and marketing teams to craft client-specific cloud strategies and go-to-market campaigns
- Lead deal orchestration, from prospecting through contract negotiations
- Collaborate with AWS account teams and participate in joint solutioning, co-selling, and marketing efforts
- Stay up to date on the AWS ecosystem, cloud trends, generative AI offerings, and regulatory factors impacting enterprise cloud adoption
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline reporting, and CRM hygiene (e.g., Salesforce)
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in enterprise IT sales, with at least 3 years focused on cloud solutions (AWS preferred)
- Demonstrated success selling cloud infrastructure, modernization, or digital transformation services to large enterprises
- Strong understanding of AWS service portfolio (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, ECS/EKS, SageMaker, etc.)
- Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles and collaborate with technical pre-sales and delivery teams
- Experience working with AWS Partner Network (APN) or Hyperscaler alliances a strong plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Cloud Practitioner, Solutions Architect Associate) a plus
