Compensation:$45,000 - $65,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Review and verify vehicle warranty protections and service contract coverage when developing cost estimates, work orders, and other paperwork related to necessary repairs
- Arrange for timely vehicle pick-up at the dealership following the completion of work orders
- Schedule appointments for service technicians
- Resolve customer complaints and make follow-up calls to facilitate a positive service center experience
- Manage all automotive paperwork, including repair orders, invoices, and maintenance records
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and other basic computer programs is necessary
- A high school diploma or GED is required
- Work history should include a service advisor role or other employment-related to automotive technology
- A valid, state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record is required
- Experience in Advising Automotive Service
