Duties
General motorcycle repair, service, accessory installation, engine and suspension performance, tuning, customization. Must have motorcycle endorsement, must have own tools, prior experience in the motorcycle industry is a plus but willing to train the right candidate.
Skills
- Proven dealership experience or service technician background with a strong understanding of diagnostics and repair processes.
- Mechanical knowledge specific to motorcycles including engine systems, brakes, suspension components, and electrical wiring.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and assembly tools with precision.
- Experience in vehicle maintenance procedures such as oil changes, brake repairs, tire mounting/dismounting, and suspension work.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally.
