Math Instructor | Street School (Tulsa, OK)
What You’ll Do:
•Teach Algebra I, Algebra II, and Geometry to high school students
•Deliver individualized, student-centered instruction
•Create an engaging, supportive classroom environment
•Use trauma-informed practices to support behavior and learning
•Collaborate with a tight-knit team of educators and counselors
•Help students build skills for graduation and life after high school
What We’re Looking For:
•Bachelor’s degree Oklahoma teaching certification (or ability to obtain)
•Strong math background and ability to connect with diverse learners
•Passion for working with at-risk youth
•Creative, flexible, and relationship-driven approach to teaching
Technology Instructor | Street School (Tulsa, OK)
What You’ll Do:
•Teach Google Tools, Fundamentals of Technology, and Fundamentals of Administration
•Deliver individualized, student-centered instruction in a small classroom setting
•Create engaging, hands-on learning experiences that build real-world technology skills
•Use trauma-informed practices to support behavior and learning
•Collaborate with a strong team of educators and counselors
•Help students build skills for graduation and post-secondary success
What We’re Looking For:
•Oklahoma teaching certification (or ability to obtain)
•CareerTech certification or willingness to obtain after hire
•Strong communication and relationship-building skills
•Ability to adapt instruction to meet diverse student needs
•Organized, flexible, and calm under pressure
•Commitment to trauma-informed, student-centered practices
