Content Producer & Videographer

Summary

Street Property Team and Boston Street Pulse are looking for a Content Producer & Videographer to help us tell the story of Greater Boston through real estate, lifestyle, local businesses, neighborhoods, and community.

This role is ideal for someone who loves creating content, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to help build a growing media brand from the ground up.

You'll spend much of your time in the field capturing video content across Greater Boston for our real estate team and media brand. One day you may be filming a luxury home tour, the next you may be shooting a neighborhood guide, local business feature, community event, or behind-the-scenes content with our team.

This is not a desk job. We're looking for someone who enjoys being out in the world, finding stories, and helping create content people actually want to watch.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

Video Production

• Film YouTube videos throughout Greater Boston
• Capture b-roll footage of neighborhoods, businesses, events, and local attractions
• Film listing content and property tours
• Capture behind-the-scenes content with our team and clients
• Operate cameras, audio equipment, lighting, and drone equipment
• Manage footage organization, storage, and backups
  
  

Content Creation

• Help identify and capture engaging content opportunities
• Collaborate on video concepts, story ideas, and content formats
• Film original short-form content for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok
• Assist with content planning and production schedules
• Stay current on social media content trends and best practices
  
  

Brand Building

• Help expand Boston Street Pulse as a leading lifestyle and real estate media brand
• Capture content that showcases what it's really like to live in Greater Boston
• Contribute ideas that improve audience engagement and content performance
• Help document team culture, client stories, and community involvement
  
  

What Success Looks Like

In your first year, you'll help us:

• Consistently produce two YouTube videos per week
• Increase the quality and volume of original short-form content
• Build a robust library of Greater Boston b-roll
• Improve content efficiency and production workflows
• Expand Boston Street Pulse's local presence and brand awareness
• Support lead generation through compelling content
  
  

Qualifications

Required

• Experience shooting video for social media, YouTube, brands, or businesses
• Strong understanding of camera operation, audio, and lighting
• Comfortable filming in dynamic environments
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel throughout Greater Boston
• Portfolio demonstrating video production work
  
  

Preferred

• Drone license (Part 107) or willingness to obtain one
• Experience with real estate content
• Basic editing experience in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar software
• Understanding of YouTube, Instagram Reels, and short-form content
• Photography experience
