To support our expansion, our team is now looking for a Sales Representative on a permanent contract, with an initial training program and extensive in the LED display industry in the US.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Sales Prospecting:
- Identify and prospect new clients (businesses, local authorities, institutions, production agencies, etc.).
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers.
- Conduct outreach via phone, email, trade shows, and professional events.
2. Client Portfolio Management:
- Develop and maintain long-term commercial relationships with existing clients.
- Monitor ongoing projects and ensure client satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities within the existing portfolio.
3. Product and Service Commercialization:
- Present and sell tailored solutions for LED screens (indoor, outdoor, giant screens, video walls, etc.) and audiovisual production services (captation, editing, live streaming, etc.).
- Prepare commercial proposals (quotes, offers, customized solutions).
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and timelines with clients.
4. Sales Follow-up:
- Handle the administrative aspects of sales (contracts, orders, follow-ups, etc.).
- Coordinate with technical and production teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Follow up on payments and remind clients in case of delays.
5. Market and Competitive Analysis:
- Analyze market trends and competitors (new products, emerging technologies, customer expectations).
- Provide relevant information to management to adjust the company's offerings.
6. Reporting and Goal Setting:
- Track and achieve set sales targets (revenue, number of new clients, profit margins).
- Regularly report activity to the sales management team (dashboards, performance reports).
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of LED products and solutions (screens, dynamic display solutions, etc.).
- Understanding of audiovisual production needs (video, capturing, broadcasting).
- Proficiency in office tools (Microsoft Office) and CRM systems.
Desired Qualities:
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Team-oriented with the ability to coordinate effectively with technical teams.
