Key Responsibilities
- Membership Sales: Engage with prospective members, conduct tours of the gym, and provide information on membership options, services, and promotions.
- Customer Service: Offer exceptional support to both current and potential members by answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing assistance with membership details.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with members to encourage retention and referrals through positive interactions and follow-ups.
- Community Engagement: Promote the gym's values of inclusivity and a non-intimidating atmosphere by fostering a welcoming environment for all.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets through membership sign-ups and renewals.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or fitness-related roles is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others reach their goals
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Positive, friendly, and approachable attitude
- Bilingual English-Spanish strongly preferred
- Base hourly pay with competitive commission opportunities
