Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Construction Office Manager for a full-time, on-site position at our New York, NY office. The Construction Office Manager will oversee administrative operations, manage office equipment, coordinate schedules, support project documentation, and provide customer service to clients and vendors. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, effective communication, and an ability to manage office activities efficiently in a fast-paced construction environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and team members
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and general office management
- Experience handling and maintaining Office Equipment to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
