Job Description Summary
We are looking for a Technical Onboarding Manager to join our in-house services team. This highly visible, customer-facing role is responsible for owning the entire onboarding experience for Streamline customers. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact from contract signature through deployment, ensuring each customer has a seamless, efficient, and successful start to their journey. You’ll manage every detail of the onboarding process—leading kickoffs, gathering requirements, aligning internal teams, and driving projects to completion. The ideal candidate combines strong project management, customer empathy, and cross-functional coordination skills to deliver value and set the foundation for long-term customer success.
Functions and Responsibilities
- Own and drive the end-to-end onboarding experience for new customers, from kickoff through successful deployment.
- Lead onboarding calls to align stakeholders, set clear expectations, and establish success criteria.
- Gather, document, and maintain detailed business and technical requirements.
- Share best practices for configuration and implementation, aligning solutions with customer goals and Streamline capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with the Strategy & Analytics and Technical Account Management (TAM) teams to ensure smooth handoff and ongoing customer success post-onboarding.
- Manage project timelines, track deliverables, and communicate clearly with internal and external teams.
- Identify and proactively address any issues or blockers during the onboarding process.
- Recommend process improvements and contribute to onboarding documentation and playbooks.
- Stay current with Streamline platform updates and ensure customers are onboarded using the latest capabilities.
- Champion a collaborative, high-performance team culture focused on delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in project management, onboarding, business analysis, or consulting within a SaaS company.
- Demonstrated ability to own customer-facing projects end-to-end, particularly onboarding engagements.
- Experience coordinating with Strategy, TAMs, and CS teams to ensure a unified customer journey.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Experience Cloud, MAPs) is a plus.
- Working knowledge of web technologies (e.g., HTML, JavaScript, APIs) is a plus.
