Lead the operational growth and scaling of wireless telecom infrastructure programs across the Southwest U.S.
Streamline Wireless is a division of Streamline focused on wireless infrastructure construction and deployment services. We support telecom operators and infrastructure partners with high-quality tower construction, network deployment, and operational delivery across multiple markets.
As our wireless division continues to expand, we are seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead operational strategy, strengthen internal structure, and scale the organization to support growing demand and project volume.
This role requires a strong operational leader who understands telecom infrastructure environments and can build systems, teams, and processes that support rapid business growth.

Remote candidates may be considered if based within the Southwest region (New Mexico, Texas, Colorado, Arizona)
Travel: approximately 50% travel initially to support operational setup and project oversight
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall operational strategy and performance for the wireless infrastructure division
- Partner with the Director of Operations to ensure strong field execution across project managers, construction managers, and field teams
- Develop scalable operational systems, processes, and performance standards
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across operations, recruiting, HR, finance, and business development
- Strengthen internal structure and operational discipline as the organization continues to grow
- Support the expansion of wireless infrastructure services across regional markets
- Help identify new opportunities, partnerships, and client relationships that support operational growth
- Ensure operational performance aligns with safety, quality, and delivery expectations
Requirements
- Strong operational leadership experience within telecom infrastructure, wireless construction, or related industries
- Experience managing operations within construction, infrastructure, or telecom deployment environments
- Ability to operate across multiple business functions, including operations, recruiting, HR, finance, and business development
- Strong leadership and organizational development skills
- Experience building systems and processes that support operational growth
- Ability to travel regularly to support operations and team development
- Candidates located in or familiar with the Southwest U.S. telecom market are strongly preferred
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
