Collins Engine Generator Service (Ces-nm.com) is the electrical, standby-power, and wireless-infrastructure division of the Streamline Group, delivering cell-tower construction, commercial and data-center electrical services, and emergency standby-power solutions. Licensed in Arizona, Texas, and New Mexico—and operating nationwide through the Group—Collins offers a fast-paced, hands-on environment where employees can gain exposure to both the operational and administrative sides of the business.
We're seeking an organized and dependable Project Coordinator / Office Assistant to support our project management and office teams. This entry-level position offers hands-on exposure to the construction and telecommunications industries while helping you build valuable experience in project operations, accounting, and office administration, with opportunities for long-term growth as the company expands.
The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working with computers, able to manage multiple priorities, and willing to assist wherever needed.
Responsibilities
- Assist project managers with daily administrative and coordination tasks
- Organize and maintain project files, records, reports, and documentation
- Enter and update project information in company systems and spreadsheets
- Prepare, scan, file, and distribute project documents
- Track outstanding documents, deadlines, and project requirements
- Communicate with employees, vendors, and subcontractors
- Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow-up items
- Collect and organize field paperwork, receipts, timesheets, and other documentation
- Help coordinate material pickups, deliveries, and other project needs
- Perform general office duties, including answering phones and maintaining supplies
- Run occasional company-related errands
- Provide additional administrative support as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and email
- Ability to accurately enter information and maintain organized records
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Dependable, professional, and willing to learn
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on assignments
- Strong attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling company and employee information
Previous office, administrative, construction, or project coordination experience is helpful but not required. Training will be provided.
