Swim Instructor Job Description:
We are searching for independent and efficient swim instructors with a proven record of helping clients meet and exceed their goals. An instructor with fast response and high level customer service abilities. An instructor with the capabilities and functions to manage ones calendar and promote services to current clients
Swim Instructor Key Responsibilities:
- Communicating with Employer and Clients:
- Managing Time Effectively
- Performing High Quality Swim Lessons for Variety of Ages
- Upselling new packages and creating clients from referrals
- Able to perform the duties of a Reliable, Effective and Safe Swim Instructor
Swim Instructor Compensation: (All form of pay are Bi-Weekly Direct Deposit)
- $30 per hour (based upon lesson completion) EX: 30 minute swim lessons = $15, 60 minute swim lesson = $30
- 10% Commission on Swim Package (Pretax) of a Referral
- 100% of Tips From Clients
- Contract Completion Bonus:
May 1st - August 30th 3-4 month Contract = $200
May 1st - September 30th; 6 month Contract = $400
Swim Instructor Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience with ALL ages in a swim instructor role, with a focus on growing current clients and helping new ones.
- 21 of age with valid DL and reliable car
- Located in DFW area (Little Elm, Frisco, Prosper, Aubrey, Celina, Mckinney, Plano, Arlington, Fort Worth, Allen, The Colony, Coppell, Lewisville, Carrollton, Dallas, Irving, Denton, Wylie, Garland)
- Available evenings and weekends
- Ability to pass background checks. WILL NOT hire with prior hit on background.
- Organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- CPR/WSI for child and adult and Safety coaching online certifications through Red Cross.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective client interactions.
- High level of self-motivation, a proactive “go-getter” attitude, and the ability to excel in a high-paced work environment.
- Problem-solving skills and the capacity to think on your feet in a dynamic environment.

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
