Residential HVAC Technician

What You'll Do

You'll be the expert our customers rely on — diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems, building real relationships, and guiding homeowners through decisions with confidence and care. Every day looks like this:

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems in residential homes
• Build lasting customer relationships and create lifetime members
• Guide customers to confident, informed decisions
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Keep your company truck clean, stocked, and road-ready
• Communicate consistently with dispatch and your manager
• Participate in the on-call rotation
• Represent Streamline through professional appearance and conduct
• Master the NextStar Service System and understand your KPIs
• Invest in your own growth through weekly training and 1:1s

What You'll Need

• Experience diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied environments — outdoors, attics, crawl spaces
• Ability to stay on your feet and move through a full day of service calls
• A commitment to showing up dependably and doing the job right
