ARC Levers is a leading manufacturer of premium motorcycle controls and components for motocross, off-road, and racing applications. We are looking for a passionate and driven Mechanical Engineer to help develop innovative products and improve our manufacturing processes in a fast-paced environment.
The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and improving motorcycle components, including levers, master cylinders, and related products. This role requires close collaboration with production, CNC machining, quality control, and management teams to bring products from concept to market.
- Design and develop new motorcycle components and accessories using CAD software.
- Create detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and bills of materials.
- Design products for CNC machining and efficient manufacturing.
- Build and test prototypes to validate performance, durability, and safety.
- Work with production teams to improve manufacturing processes and reduce costs.
- Analyze product failures and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with suppliers and outside vendors on tooling and materials.
- Support quality-control initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
- Document test results and maintain engineering records.
- Assist in developing innovative products for professional racing and consumer markets.
- 5 years of experience in product design or manufacturing engineering.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar CAD software.
- Strong understanding of CNC machining and manufacturing processes.
- Experience creating engineering drawings and bills of materials.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- Experience in the motorcycle, powersports, or automotive industry.
- Familiarity with aluminum machining and mechanical assemblies.
