Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Installation Technician to join our team. This role involves installing home insulation and permanent LED lighting solutions in residential properties. The right candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Install home insulation and LED permanent lighting systems in residential properties
- Work in attic spaces, crawl spaces, and on ladders as needed
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with LED lighting systems, ensuring proper functionality
- Follow safety procedures and company protocols
- Work effectively as part of a team and take initiative on the job
- Maintain company-provided vehicle and tools
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Requirements:
- Must be willing to work in attic spaces and on ladders
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record (company vehicles provided)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Must be technology-savvy and have the ability to navigate company-provided devices and software
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Teachable and eager to learn new skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
