Job Description
We’re hiring a Regional Sales Director to lead dealer revenue growth across the Orlando market. In this role, you will own regional sales execution, build strategic relationships with dealers and lending partners, and help scale Streamline’s direct-to-dealer presence. This is a high-impact leadership role for a proven sales driver with strong market instincts and a consultative approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Own regional sales strategy, planning, and execution to meet aggressive growth targets
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team over time
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key dealer groups and partners
- Drive new business development and expand Streamline’s footprint in-market
- Forecast pipeline performance and report on market trends and revenue progress
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership, marketing, and client services teams
What We're Looking For
- 5 years of sales leadership experience in automotive, SaaS, fintech, or related industries
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals and scaling sales efforts
- Strong executive presence with consultative selling and relationship-building skills
- Ability to coach, develop, and inspire high-performing teams
- Deep understanding of complex B2B sales cycles

Employment Type: Full-Time
Target compensation with bonus: up to $150/yr based on experience
