  • Recruit for a variety of positions, including warehouse personnel, equipment operators, site managers, logistics professionals, and corporate support roles.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to support both immediate and future staffing needs.
  • Partner with company leadership and hiring managers to identify staffing requirements, establish hiring priorities, and coordinate interviews.

Multi-State Staffing & Workforce Planning

  • Coordinate recruiting and hiring efforts across multiple states as Stream expands into new markets.
  • Work closely with leadership and project managers to anticipate staffing requirements for upcoming projects and operational launches.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of, or the ability to research and coordinate, state-specific hiring requirements and employment regulations.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local and national staffing agencies to support temporary, contract, and permanent staffing needs.
  • Evaluate staffing agency partnerships based on candidate quality, responsiveness, pricing, and overall performance.
  • Develop efficient staffing strategies for projects requiring accelerated hiring timelines or high-volume workforce mobilization.

New-Hire Onboarding & Documentation

  • Coordinate new-hire onboarding, including employment paperwork, background checks, employment eligibility verification, and other required documentation.
  • Ensure new employees complete necessary hiring requirements and are prepared for their scheduled start dates.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate payroll enrollment, employee information, and onboarding logistics.
  • Maintain accurate and organized recruiting and hiring records.
  • Support compliance with applicable federal and state hiring requirements in coordination with HR.

Recruitment Management & Employee Retention

  • Maintain recruiting activity reports, candidate pipelines, and hiring status updates.
  • Track recruiting performance, including time-to-fill, staffing costs, and employee retention.
  • Follow up with hiring managers to evaluate new-hire performance and identify opportunities to improve recruiting effectiveness.
  • Identify and implement improvements to recruiting processes as the organization continues to grow.
  • Support employee retention efforts by helping ensure candidates are appropriately matched to their positions and company expectations.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing preferred.
  • Experience recruiting for warehouse, logistics, transportation, construction, or other operations-focused industries strongly preferred.
  • Experience with high-volume recruiting and managing staffing needs across multiple geographic markets.
  • Familiarity with multi-state hiring requirements, onboarding procedures, and employment documentation.
  • Experience working with staffing agencies and third-party recruiting partners.
