What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Coordinator position at Stream-Flo?

Key position functions include:
- Ensure all service personnel observes all Health, Safety, and Quality requirements in the performance of work.
- Promotes Operations HR policies, procedures, and standards
- Receive customer calls requesting our services and obtain necessary information such as Customer Name, well name, location, time service is required, and nature of the work desired.
- Notify the Service Manager and other employees regarding the job information to ensure that all critical information is communicated to the appropriate staff.
- Communicates clearly by answering, comprehending, and making phone calls or sending emails.
- Fills out Job Assessment Meetings (JAM), pulls all back-ups, and stages service tools for service techs prior to dispatch.
- Communicates with the service tech by conducting a JAM to cover directions, running procedures, equipment, service tools, and specific instructions for the job.
- Dispatches service tools, back-ups, and service techs as specified and maintain records of communications and dispatching activities.
- Checks all paperwork to ensure it is filled out correctly and has signatures once the job is completed and the service tech turns it in. (JAM, Field Service Order, Drivers Log, and Sales Order)
- Keeps track of sign-in and out sheets for service tools.
- Responsible for checking service tools once returned to ensure they were cleaned and confirm they function properly for the next service job.
- On-Call rotation for after normal business hours.
- Ensures dispatch is always covered.
- Responsible for entering all NCIRs and supporting the NCIR process.
- All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Preferred candidate will possess a combination of the following:
- 3-5 Years of experience in wellhead service.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact with demanding customers
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-past work environment.
