Key Position Functions Include
- Ensure service personnel observe all Health, Safety and Quality requirements in the performance of work.
- Promote Company policies, procedures, standards, and Guiding Principles. Demonstrate and provide strong leadership.
- Assist with development of wellhead service procedures and training on procedures.
- Evaluate performance of service technicians.
- Conduct Field Service Audits and submit to Service Manager weekly.
- Ensure service techs have proper equipment, tools, and information to successfully perform their tasks.
- Ensure service techs are properly maintaining assigned equipment, tools, and vehicles.
- Check all paperwork to ensure it is filled out correctly and has signatures once job is completed and service techs turn it in (JAM, Field Service Order, Driver Log, and Sales Order)
- Build customer relationships in a professional manner through rapid response and exemplary service as required, including evenings and weekends. The fast pace of the business can result in challenging client situations. Provide feedback to sales and branch management.
- Support all rig down time by being on location providing oversight until resolved.
- Execute advanced field service requirements.
- Capable of running all service tools as demonstrated by sign-offs in passbooks.
- Maintain passbooks to ensure they are signed, current, and up to date, showing adequate knowledge of all products and services.
- NCIR reporting and support.
- Other duties as required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong commitment to Customer Satisfaction.
- Advanced knowledge of service work, safety standards, and SFI products.
- Effective communication skills – written, verbal, and reading (English).
- Effective organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
