We specialize in the full suite of SEO and SEM offerings, being a full-service integrated agency, and complete media production, including TV and radio ad creation and placement.
We are searching for someone with great energy to join our team. You will become fully conversant with all aspects of accountancy and Project Management.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation
- Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments
- Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements
- Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
- Collaborating with executive team members to prioritize, monitor and project manage key business strategies
- Planning, coordinating, and keeping contents of a meeting focused
- Providing tactical support to implement ideas
- Working with leadership to deliver, monitor and communicate progress towards goals
- Identifying and helping solve core problems or opportunities within business processes
- Providing senior leaders with insight and analysis on the status of company’s key initiatives
- Providing support and oversight for special projects and initiatives
- Planning, coordinating, and facilitating meetings and workshops
- Assist the executive team members to determine and prioritize business strategies based on their schedules
- Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership and departmental heads
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle, setting project quality and performance standards, and assessing and managing risk within, and across, multiple projects
- Structure and manage integrated, multi-track project performance databases for multiple digital, print, social, broadcast, and experiential projects, with an eye on overall progress
- Develop and maintain partnerships with outside resources—including third-party vendors and researchers
- Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs
- Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed—escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans
- Serve as liaison between staff, executives, senior leaders, and CEO, regarding project updates, key strategic initiatives, and planning
- Build and develop relationships with employees for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help to define new operational strategies, working with CEO and executives on special projects
- Serve as a subject matter expert regarding key initiatives, handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications
Skills and Qualifications
- A. Degree or higher in Business Administration, Project Management, or similar field
- 6 Sigma certified
- 2 years in a business or project management role
- Proven experience organizing and directing multiple teams’ projects
- Very high level of organization and attention to detail
- Excellent communicator in written and verbal form
- Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity
- Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives
