About The Role
- Stream Companies is looking for a Co-Op Associate with great energy and the desire for a long-term employment opportunity. You will work with multiple departments to compile co-op advertising documents & submit claims online.
- Develop and build a strong relationship with the Account Directors to effectively communicate project needs/status
- Review your clients’ projects marked for Co-Op
- Compile and request missing documents as needed
- Submit claims
- Update the co-op status field on the project
- Email the Account Directors monthly coop status for each client
- Report internal and external routine offender issues to Co-Op Manager
- 1-3 years office skills preferred, not required
- 1-3 years in Automotive Co-op coordination preferred, not required
- Must be within driving distance of Malvern, Pennsylvania
- Basic computer skills
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate via email and phone with clients and internal teams
- Must be willing to learn in a fast-paced deadline driven advertising environment and use common sense to achieve the best solution
