Marketing Designer
Location: Strawbridge Studios, Inc.
Pay: Starting at $18/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Overview:
Strawbridge Studios is seeking a motivated, creative Marketing Designer to join our Marketing Department. The ideal candidate has industry experience, proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), and a desire to grow with a company that’s constantly evolving. This role requires a professional who is punctual, detail-oriented, able to work independently or as part of a team, and capable of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.
We have immediate openings. Full-time availability is required, with the opportunity for additional hours if approved by management.
Educational Requirement:
- Minimum Associate’s Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of professional or intern experience in Graphic Design (print and web)
- 1 year of Marketing experience
- 1 year of Google Analytics and SEO experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects across multiple mediums
- Proficiency with Adobe CC Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Strong attention to detail and ability to self-proof work
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects independently
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet company needs
- Positive, professional, and respectful attitude
Responsibilities:
- Design marketing, advertising, and sales materials for internal teams, clients, and customers
- Manage and update WordPress-based website as needed
- Generate Google Analytics reports and propose solutions to enhance online presence
Preferred Skills:
- Videography and video editing (Premiere Pro)
- Photography experience
- WordPress web design experience
- Illustration skills

This position aligns with the school calendar, which means you can expect scheduled time off:
- 1–2 weeks at Christmas
- 1–2 weeks in the summer
- June through mid-August typically runs at 32 hours/week, depending on production (subject to change anytime)
